West Coast Reductions Limited is a proud brand that gets dirty. They wanted an employee handbook that honoured the history and integrity of their work, and they weren’t holding anything back. Bold imagery showcases the blood-and-guts type work environment in nostalgic black and white photography. We chose illustrations to proudly rendered their locations and sustainable food chain, as well as one lovely easter-egg — a flip-book animation of the food cycle which ran along the top edge of the pages.
